20th birthday!!  I can't believe Helen is 20!!  

Eventually got down about 6pm. The weather has been atrocious with roads flooded and trees down.  Journey wasn't too bad luckily.  I got down there just as madam was going back to bed.  She is still awake though, despite a busy day.  She has a pile of presents to open.  I helped her open them (well I put her hand in the paper and pulled!).  She's got some lovely stuff.  A disco ball from Big Grampy, bath stuff, a new night shirt, so many DVDs from me and Dave.  She has been spoilt by Holy across as well.  Each resident gets a present that is personal to them.  Helen got new nail varnish.  I need to get her some new palm protectors.  Hers have vanished.  I eventually left about 1030 to brave the elements!

Thought I had lost madam today!! She wasn't in her room and it was empty!! They are painting it and she had moved down the corridor. 

Spoke with Agnes about getting crop tops for Helen. Her boobs have grown because of putting on weight. They are fine because she is young but it will give her a bit of support and dignity.  She recommended some from marks and spencer. 

Need more trousers and fluffy socks.
